Constance &Quot;Connie&Quot; Loeffler

Connie died Sunday, February 10, 2013 at the Golden Living Center in Columbus.

Constance A. Connie Loeffler was born March 18, 1925 in Lindsay, Nebraska to Nicholas and Mary (Ludden) Dohmen.
She married Gerald Loeffler on April 11, 1944 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lindsay. The couple farmed in that area for several years until moving to Illinois in 1957. They returned to Nebraska in 1961 and settled in the Platte Center area. Connie and Jerry were members of St. Joseph Church where she served on the church council three years and was a member of St. Anns where she held various offices.
Connie was a member of the Harmony Home Extension Club, and her and Jerry belonged to several card clubs. After retiring they loved to travel and visit family and friends out of state. Connie was happiest when surrounded by family, and took great pleasure in organizing and hosting family reunions.
