On May 11, 2000 Connie was united in marriage to William Bird in Columbus. She worked as a waitress at various cafe's and truck stops in Columbus and had been working for Wilke Landscaping the past 3 years. Connie enjoyed the outdoors including gardening, camping, fishing and riding motorcycles.
