Cole Hiemer

August 28, 1993 — September 28, 2025

Cole J. Hiemer, age 32 of Omaha, passed away on September 28th at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha.

Memorial services are 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2025, at First United Methodist Church in Columbus. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m., all occurring at the church.

Cole was born August 28, 1993, in Columbus to Jon and Sharon (Donoghue) Hiemer. Cole attended school at Duncan Elementary and graduated from Columbus High. Cole was an electrician at Miller Electric and was licensed in Nebraska and Iowa. He will live on in others as he became an organ donor.

Cole is survived by his parents Jon and Sharon Hiemer of Duncan. Brothers: Tim (Katie) Hiemer of Fountain, CO and Ryan Hiemer of Columbus. Sister: Tina (Les) Kilgore of Rising City. Niece: Brynn Hiemer. Nephews: Clayton (Brooke) Watts and Ceagen Watts.

Cole was proceeded in death by Grand Parents: Mark and Joyce Donoghue, Dale Hiemer and Colleen Hiemer-Agena.
