Cody was born on June 16, 1992 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Cody started living with his family at 4 months of age and was officially adopted by Michael and Donna (Dubas) Gray on February 27, 1995. Cody enjoyed the outdoors, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
