Clare Will

Clare Will, age 99, of Platte Center, died Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk.

Clare was born October 21, 1918 in Platte Center, Nebraska to James and Elizabeth (Gleason) Foley. She received her education in Platte Center where she graduated from high school in 1936. She married Loren L. Will on March 4, 1946 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Platte Center. She lived on the family farm near Platte Center until moving to Norfolk in 2000. She was a lifetime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Ann's Altar Society, and a charter member of the Harmony Extension. Clare's hobbies were gardening and sewing.

daughter: Karen Zimmerman of Norfolk
son: Larry (Marti) Will of Columbus
7 grandchildren
12 Great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents: James & Elizabeth Foley; husband: Loren; 3 sisters: Evelyn Foley, Mabel Foley and Madalyn Thurston; sons-in-law: Gerald Zimmerman and Kenneth White; brother-in-law: Arnold Thurston.
