Charlotte Kinzer, age 74, of Columbus, died Tuesday at the Columbus Community Hospital.
Charlotte was born December 26, 1936 in Richland, Nebraska to Vaughn and Frances (Loveless) Seid. She received her education in Richland and St. Bonaventure High. Along with raising her family she worked at Sapp Brothers for many years.
