Charles Milton Wilcox of Arlington, Nebraska formerly of Silver Creek, Nebraska died Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at the Fremont Area Medical Center.
Charles Milton Wilcox was born January 1, 1938 in Columbus, Nebraska to Marvin L. and Marie (Larson) Wilcox. He graduated from Silver Creek High School in 1957. On July 16, 1960 Milton was united in marriage to Nadine Ostrander in Columbus. The couple lived in Silver Creek until 1966 when they moved to O'Neill. In 1975 They moved to Arlington where they raised their children until 1985 when they moved to North Bend. After retirement they moved back to Arlington. Milton worked for Grosch Irrigation from 1956 until retiring in 2000. He was a member of the Nebraska Well Drillers Association and the Iowa & Missouri Water Well Association. Milton liked to attend auctions and collect coins. He was a member of the Fremont Coin Club. He also liked fishing, camping and spending time with his grandkids.
