Chad Winchester, age 33, of Columbus, Nebraska died Saturday, October 7, 2006 in a motorcycle accident near Duncan, Nebraska. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am Friday at St. Isidore Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph A. Miksch officiating. Visitation is on Thursday from 5-7 pm at St. Isidore Church with a Vigil Service at 7 pm, also at the church. Visitation will continue Friday morning from 9:30-10:30 at St. Isidore's. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested for his son in care of the Beau Winchester Memorial Fund at U.S. Bank. A lunch will be served at the Eagle's Club following the services at the church.
Chad Winchester was born January 21, 1973 in Huntington Beach, CA to Robert F. and Joy (Cantonwine) Winchester. He grew up in California where he attended schools. Following his mother's death he moved to Columbus to live with his father. He worked for various construction companies in the Columbus area. Chad was always active spending time with his friends. He loved outdoor sports, animals, and his pets.
