Casey Thornton

Casey J Thornton, 43 of Columbus passed away at home on December 04, 2022.

Celebration of Life arrangements will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday December 9th at McKown Funeral Home with a luncheon immediately to follow at the Eagles Club.

Casey was born in Columbus on July 18, 1979 . She was a happy kid and grew to be a shining light in her adult life. She spent every spare minute with family and friends and made everyone feel like family. She loved music and karaoke. She also enjoyed crosswords, diamond art and playing cards to kill the time. Everyone who knew her adored her and her love for life (and her cats) She loved those cats more than anything but when she found Kevin, she knew she had found the love of her life.

She was survived by Fiancé Kevin Rinke, siblings, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.

She is preceded in death by mother Kathie Dee, father Larry Thornton, grandparents Gaylord and Billie Doremus, grandparents Marvin and Katherine Thornton and baby brother Larry Braden Thornton.
