Caroline Zeider

Caroline Zeider, 63, of Columbus died Monday, December 22, 2003 at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha. Services are 10:00 a.m. Friday; December 26, 2003 at the McKown Funeral Home. There is no visitation. Memorials may be given to family choice.

Caroline Zeider was born June 3, 1940 in Dowagiac, Michigan to Herman and Bertha (Sill) Beneke. She grew up in Michigan and attended schools there. She lived in Niles, Michigan until 1967 when she moved to Columbus. She married Jack Zeider in 1968 in Madison, Nebraska. The couple managed the American Legion in Columbus for 4 years. She also worked at the Lone Star Trading Post. She enjoyed reading.

She was preceded in death by: her father and 2 brothers: Richard and Wayne.
