Carolee Bryant

Carolee F. Bryant, age 90, of Silver Creek died Saturday, December 1, 2012 at her home in Silver Creek.

Carolee was born April 28, 1922 in Platte County, Nebraska to Carl and Frances (Blaser) Wuethric. She attended Kramer High School in Columbus for two years and graduated from Silver Creek High School. Carolee was married to John Jack Bryant on December 30, 1944 in Los Angeles, California. They lived in Hastings before moving to Silver Creek where they owned and operated the family grocery store, Kula Grocery. Along with raising her family Carolee was active in her church where she served as church organist for many years. She enjoyed Husker sports and watching baseball and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: John Jack Bryant in 1993 and one son: Lawrence.
