Brian Nieuwenhuis

Brian Nieuwenhuis, age 48 of Columbus, died Sunday, July 14, 2024, at his home.

Mass of Christian Burial is 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 23 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus.  Visitation is on Monday from 5-7 pm with a 7:00 pm Vigil service to follow, all at McKown Funeral Home.  Visitation continues on Tuesday from Noon until service time at the church.  Interment is in All Saints Cemetery

Brian Nieuwenhuis was born August 16, 1975 in Columbus to Paul and Shirley (Keller) Nieuwenhuis. He attended St. Anthony Grade School and graduated from Columbus High School. Brian attended college at Milford where he received his degree. Brian worked in various locations around Nebraska and most recently at Becton Dickinson in Columbus.

Brian liked working on cars, fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his family.
