Brent E. White of Lincoln, NE passed away on March 26, 2026 at the age of 65.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Interment with Military Honors by The American Legion Hartman Post #84 Honor Guard is in All Saints Catholic Cemetery. 

Suggested memorials to American Heart Association and Scotus Central Catholic Foundation. In lieu of flowers.

Brent was born in Lawrence, KS. on Nov.15, 1960 to Robert and Lee Ora {Bell} White. He lived in Hutchinson, Topeka and Salina KS. until 1973 when the family moved to Columbus, NE. when he was 13. He lived a busy and loving life as the second oldest of eight brothers.

He graduated from Scotus Central High School in 1978. After attending Columbus Community College for 1-1/2 years he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served 4 years between Guam & Grand Forks, N.D. In Grand Forks he met and wed Julie Gerszewki {div.} A daughter Kallie and son Tyler were born to Brent and Julie .

After his discharge from the Air Force they moved to Lincoln, NE where Brent created a business that produced and sold Nebraska, Fraternity and Sorority, and business sportswear, called Team Spirit Industies located in downtown Lincoln. After he closed his store he relocated to Colorado where he met Lana. They returned to Lincoln and married on July 3rd, 2012. He worked with his brother Curt where he was a major factor in the success of The Nebraska Scooter Mart over the past 20 plus years.

Brent is survived by his wife Lana, of the home, daughter Kallie Peterson, grandsons Jamis and Lucah Peterson of Lincoln , son Tyler White and grandson Karsen of Grand Forks, N.D., stepsons, Trevor Gocheour, Corry {Amanda}, Nathan {Nichole}, grandaughters, Madelyn, Charli and Lucy.

Parents Robert and Lee White of Columbus, NE, brothers Dirk of Columbus, NE, Todd {Karri} of Ft Collins, CO, Curt {Kathy} of Lincoln, NE, Dean {Holly} of Omaha, NE, Neal of Mission, KS., Chad of Rockwall, TX, and Craig {Kristi} of Omaha, NE, and many nieces and nephews.

He will be missed & loved always.
