Brennan Lindhorst

Brennan Lindhorst, age 11, of O'Neill died Monday; April 30, 2001 at Avera St. Anthony Hospital in O'Neill, Nebraska. Funeral services are 10:30 Friday; May 4, 2001 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Platte Center. Fr. Rod Kneifl will officiate. Burial will be in the Ss. Patrick/Joseph Cemetery located in rural Platte Center. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 3-9 p.m. at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill with a 7:30 p.m. rosary. Visitation will continue Thursday from 4-9 p.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Platte Center with a 7:30 p.m. rosary. Friday morning visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until service time also at the church.

Brennan was baptized May 13, 1990 at St. Vincent's Catholic Church in Osceola, Nebraska. He attended school at Exeter and Ravenna Public Schools and was currently in the fifth grade at St. Mary's Elementary School in O'Neill. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and an alter server. He enjoyed playing Nintendo with his family and friends, and participated in baseball and basketball. His favorite sport was football, being a big Packer and husker fan. He also liked fishing and horses. Brennan had an inoperable brain tumor for the last 15 months.
