Bradley A. Hanlin, age 33, of Columbus, Nebraska died Friday, January 4, 2008 in an automobile accident north of Columbus. Funeral Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at St. Isidore Catholic Church in Columbus with Reverend Rod Kneifl officiating. Visitation is 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday with a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Service at St. Isidore Church. Visitation continues Wednesday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. also at the church. Graveside Services will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Laurel Hill Cemetery in Neligh.

Bradley A. Hanlin was born January 4, 1975 in Norfolk, Nebraska to Kurt and Vicky (Escritt) Hanlin. He graduated from Neligh Oakdale High School in 1994 and from Southeast Community College in Milford in 1996 with an Associates Degree in Automotive Technology. On October 10, 1998 he was united in marriage to Sara Pilakowski at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Platte Center, Nebraska. The couple lived in Columbus where Brad was employed at Columbus Transmission. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, air boating, spending time at his cabin on the river and working on cars.
