Bonita "Bonnie" Krzycki

Bonita "Bonnie" Krzycki, age 67, of Columbus, Nebraska passed away Thursday, September 1, 2022 at the Columbus Community Hospital.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 9, 2022 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus. Visitation is 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday with a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Service at McKown Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Friday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony Church.  Burial is in the All Saints Cemetery in Columbus.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the wishes of the family.

Bonita "Bonnie" Krzycki was born September 18, 1954 in Columbus, Nebraska to Lewellyn "Lew" and Delores (Jaworski) Krings. She graduated from Humphrey St. Francis High School in 1972. On May 7, 1976 Bonnie was united in marriage to Walter Krzycki at St. Francis Catholic Church in Humphrey, Nebraska. Bonnie worked at Vishay for 48 years until retiring in January of 2021. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus. Bonnie loved gardening with flowers and watching the Monarch butterflies emerge. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. Bonnie also enjoyed babysitting her grandkids and going to their sports events. She baked many sugar cookies for them which kept her busy.
