Blanche Hake, age 87, of Leigh died Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at her home in Leigh.
Blanche was born September 18, 1926 in Dodge County to Joseph and Antonia (Vach) Benes. She grew up in Dodge County. Blanche received her education at District #78 in Platte County. She married Reinhold Hake on September 23, 1947 at St. Peters Lutheran Church in Creston, Nebraska. She was a homemaker along with raising her family. She enjoyed flowers and was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church in Leigh.

Son: Jim (Karen) Hake of Columbus
Daughter: Janice (Tom) Huisman of Leigh
Son: Eldon (Linda) Hake of Creston
Son: Tom of Wolbach
8 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by: her husband: Reinhold, parents, 3 brothers, 1 sister, nephews and nieces
