Bettie Frances Eggli

Bettie Frances Sharp Eggli, 88, of Columbus died Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at Beverly Health Care of Columbus. Services are 10:30 am Friday, October 7, 2005 at St. Luke's Congregational Church in Columbus with Pastor John Eggli officiating. Visitation is on Thursday from 3-8 pm at McKown Funeral Home with a Prayer Service at 7:30 pm, also at the funeral home. Visitation continues on Friday morning from 9:30 am until service time at St. Luke's Church. Interment is in Roselawn Memorial Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Luke's Church Building Fund.



Bettie Frances Sharp-Eggli was born March 18, 1917 in Lincoln, Nebraska to A.W. and Mae E. (Schosser) Sharp. She graduated from Kramer High School in 1935. Bettie married Leonard Hans Eggli on September 27, 1958 at Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church in Oklahoma City, OK. She lived in Columbus where she was a housewife and worked at Columbus Community Hospital for 25 years until retiring in 1982. Bettie was a member of St. Luke's Congregational Church in Columbus, was active in the Columbus Senior Center, and enjoyed playing cards.

Husband Leonard Hans Eggli of Columbus

Many nieces, nephews, and cousins



She is preceded in death by her parents.
