Bernice Laska, age 86, of Columbus, died, Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Mory's Haven.
Bernice Laska was born August 9, 1931 in Silver Creek to Stanley and Mary (Gembica) Laska. She grew up in Silver Creek before moving to Nebraska City where she attended the School of the Blind. After graduating from high school, she went on to Creighton University where she received her Degree in Psychology. Bernice went to work at Boys Town where she taught religion. She lived in Michigan for a short time before returning to Columbus. Bernice was an active member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church.
