Benjamin Hoover

Benjamin J. Hoover, age 18 of Columbus died Monday; June 10, 2002 at Children's Hospital in Omaha. Memorial services are 2:00 p.m. Thursday; June 13, 2002 at St. Luke's Congregational Church. The Rev. Nancy Peebles will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time.

Benjamin John Hoover was born September 28, 1983 in Columbus, Nebraska to Gary and Lana (Kroeger) Hoover. He received his education at North Park and the Columbus Middle School. He graduated from Columbus High School in 2002. Ben also lived in Schuyler and in Shelby for a period of time before returning to Columbus. Ben was an avid Professional Wrestling fan. Ben had aspirations of entering professional wrestling as a career. Throughout his illness, Ben strived to complete this goal.
