Barbara Stuhr of Columbus died Friday, December 1, 2023 at Brookestone Acres in Columbus.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Visitation if Monday 4-7 p.m. There will be a 7:00 p.m. vigil service. Visitation will Tuesday morning 9:30 a.m. until service time all at the church. Interment is in the All Saints Cemetery.
Barb was born July 5, 1947 in Ewing, Nebraska to John and Christina (Scholl) Hupp. She graduated from Ewing High School. She worked in Norfolk where she met Ray. Barb married Raymond Stuhr at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Norfolk on June 24, 1967. They lived in Norfolk and Lincoln before moving to Columbus. Barb worked at Dale Electronics for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed flowers, decorating her home, cooking for her family, hosting 4th of July parties and spending time with her family.

8 Grandchildren: Amber (Clint) Torczon , Brooke (Tyler) Iverson , Chase (Summer) Orender, Cody (Savannah) Garbers, Tyler ( Hailey Lynne) Garbers, Logan (Samantha) Garbers, Tanner ( Mariah) Stuhr and Cooper Stuhr
Great grandchildren: Bentley, Miles, Raelynn, Karsyn, Hank, Hoyt, Laramie, Sadie, Cam, Blakely, Shepherd, Paisley
Siblings: Ann Volgman of Wisconsin, Roman (Pat) Hupp of Oakdale, Virgil (Sharon) Hupp of Ewing along with extended Hupp and Stuhr families.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband: Ray, son-in-law: Jeff Orender, brother: Leland Hupp, sister: Philamae Nephew
