Angela Dawn Katherine Fajman passed away on Thursday, August 13 in Colorado from Congestive Heart Failure.
No local service will be held, a private graveside interment will be held for the family.
Angela was born April 28, 1977 to Peggy Fajman. Angela was baptized at St. Bonaventure of Columbus and graduated in January 2000.
Survivors of the immediate family are Peggy, Davin and Morgan Fajman. Additional survivors include Aunt Christine (Ken) Parry; Uncle Richard (Connie) Fajman, and cousins Kassandra and Allie Parry and Jeremy, Crystal, Liz and Anthony Fajman; and close friend Michael Jimenz.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Jack & Donna Fajman and great-grandmother Frances Camp.
