Alois Zywiec

Alois went to be home with the Lord on Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Bryan LGH East in Lincoln.

Alois Zywiec was born April 29, 1936 in Krakow, rural Genoa, Nebraska, to Pete and Barbara (Dush) Zywiec. He attended grade school in Krakow and at St. Anthony School in Columbus. Alois served in the U. S. Navy from March 1956 - October 1957. In 1963 he began working for the U. P. Railroad. On July 21, 1973 Alois was united in marriage to Donna Meeker in Logan, Iowa. The couple moved to Silver Creek in 1975. Alois was a member of St. Lawrence Church and the Silver Creek Post #263 American Legion.
