Alfred Czuba

Alfred Czuba, age 82, of Columbus, died Monday, May 26, 2014 at the Columbus Community Hospital.

Alfred was born on July 24, 1931 in Cedar Rapids, Nebraska to Sylvester and Isabelle (Bogus) Czuba. He moved to Columbus at an early age. Al entered the United States Army and served during the Korean War. He returned to Columbus. He married Donna Olcott on May 3, 1958. He worked at the Columbus Brewery, Irrigation Pump, Teds Tavern and Behlen Mfg. He was a member of St. Anthony Church. Al enjoyed horse racing, polka music and gardening

Daughter: Janelle (John) Ryan of Columbus
Son: Jim Czuba of Norfolk
4 Grandchildren: Jessica, Josh, Jennifer, Jack
Brother: David Czuba of Columbus

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Donna, infant son: Jon, brother: Paul, sister: Rosemary Czuba, brother: Ves, brother: Ralph, sister: Martha Fox
