Addie Drum died Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Mory's Haven in Columbus.
Adeline E. "Addie" Drum was born March 16, 1931 in Columbus, Nebraska to Leo and Rose (Weiss) Wozny. She graduated from St. Bonaventure High School in 1949. Addie married Dwayne L. Drum on April 11, 1953 at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Columbus. The couple lived in Columbus where she worked for N.P.P.D. for 47 years until retiring. Addie also worked part-time for the American Red Cross. She was a member of St. Bonaventure Church where she became the first woman Lector. She was also a member of the Catholic Daughters of America where she held several offices, V.F.W. Auxiliary, Girl Scout Leader and assisted with many Right To Life Rallies. Addie enjoyed playing cards, dancing and going to casinos.
