Jack J. Fajman, age 65, of Omaha formerly of Columbus, Nebraska died Tuesday July 9, 2002 at Beverly Health Care in Omaha. Funeral Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday July 12, 2002 at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church in Columbus with Reverend Tom Weisbecker officiating. Burial will be in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery with military honors by Hartman Post #84 American Legion Honor Guard. Visitation begins after 4:00 p.m. Thursday with a 6:30 p.m. Vigil Service at St. Bonaventure Church. Visitation will continue Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. until service time also at the church.
Jack J. Fajman was born December 11, 1936 in Leigh, Nebraska to Lumir and LaVonne (Miller) Fajman. He attended school in Leigh, Nebraska. Jack served in the U.S. Navy from 1955 - 1957. He married Donna Camp on November 9, 1956. Jack worked in the trucking and auctioneering business all his life. In 1993 he moved to Omaha, Nebraska and later married Elizabeth Shotkoski on April 20, 1996.
