Dave,Marsha and family,I am so saddened
to hear about Val.Although I didn't spend alot of time with her,I feel I know her so well. She was so kind to knit gifts for both my grandchildren when they were born, and Marsha and I could always count on her when we were stuck on a crossword puzzle.I know also of her great sense of humor. When Marsha started a sentence with "as Val would say",I knew we would be laughing shortly. She was the first phone call when we needed some Hollywood trivia!May it comfort all of you to know so many of us hold you in our hearts during this time.

Veach, I am so very sorry for your loss of Val. You were a very special couple. It was always great fun to be around you both. Back in the late 60's when Dick and David were in the Service, Bob & I spent a lot of time at your house....we both truly appreciated your friendship. May Val Rest in Peace!

My sincere thoughts are with Clarence and the family, and memories come back of my childhood years with Dick at 4th Ward elementary. Mrs. Veach always gave us welcome during my frequent visits after school. I send well-wishes from all the Leiningers (Vance Mary in St. Joe, Ralph in Dayton, and Joel in northern VA).
