In Memory of Angeline Krings

Angeline J. Krings, age 83, of Columbus died Sunday, July 8, 2007 at her home. Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at St. Anthony Catholic Church. The Rev. Del Lape will officiate. There will be a 7:00 p.m. vigil service Tuesday evening at the McKown Funeral Home. Visitation is Tuesday 4-8 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Wednesday morning 9:30 a.m. until service time at the church. Burial will be in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery. A lunch will be served following the committal service at St. Bonaventure Social Hall. Memorials may directed to the Scotus Central Catholic Endowment Fund or donors choice.

Angeline Krings was born December 2, 1923 in Tarnov, Nebraska to Adam and Julia (Kiolbasa) Stach. She grew up in Tarnov where she received her education at St. Michael School and District #42. She married Joseph Krings on January 10, 1945 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus. Along with raising her family she worked at Dale Electronics for 23 years. She lived the majority of her life in Columbus. Angeline enjoyed puzzles, reading and spending time with her family including her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
