We send our deepest sympathies to all of Richard's families. He is a very special person. We have many good memories of all the family reunions we shared. We had a lot of fun times. We didn't see each other very ofton, Richard would say: We had to go to OK to see each other. We send our prayers for Jesus to help you through each day. Gods Blessings.Love Bonnie, Jean, Bill & Matthew

Will be greatly missed. He was such a wonderful caregiver to his wife. They had a great life together. He was always there for her in life and now they are again together. Reunions will not be the same without those two. I always felt comfortable visiting with them. A great cousin. With great sympathy, Pat

Uncle Richard was a great lover of baseball. He would always write or talk about watching the game. Not much on TV interested him except baseball. He liked to travel. He and Margie would hop in the car and take off for a couple of weeks. He liked to go to Las Vegas to see Melford. Mom and dad would go with them sometimes. I remember mom laughing and telling a great story of Richard missing a turn or something and they ended up in Kansas but they enjoyed the trip through Kansas anyhow. Margie always ordered a piece of pie and Richard always finished it. If there is a baseball game going on in heaven Melford is catching...Richard is pitching.. my dad is just watching it all and Leslie is the umpire. August is at bat. They'll all get tossed out of heaven before the game is over. Thanks Uncle Richard for all the neat memories.

Uncle Richard and Aunt Margie were such a joy to be around. Since Jeff & I married, I have been able to spend time with them at least 2 or 3 visits. I know how much Jim loved his Uncle and will niss him terribly. We send our deepest sympathy to all of Uncle Richards family, friends, and loved ones.

I would like to express my sympathy to the family. I hope you are finding comfort in the time you spent with your dear loved one. Please find comfort in the hope expressed in the Bible at Revelation 21:3,4 where it tells us that mourning, pain, and death will be things of the past. I hope you find comfort in this hope. Feel free to email me to comment or if you have questions. Again, please accept my condolences.
