Maurie was a guy with a lot of "spunk" and he would want you to look back at the "life" he had and not the sickness that took his life away. He was a great guy and such an asset to our family. I am so glad he got to know our kids and that they got to know and love him. I am blessed that I got to look him in his eyes yesterday and tell him that we all love him and thank him for the time he spent with the "trips."
