commentsI knew Jimmah throughout high school at Central City - whenever he was around, you knew there was going to be some laughter created, his insightful sense of humor was contagious - not always conductive to learning but Lord, he could be funny. He was a good guy, and he cared about his friends. Wish there were more like him.
commentsMy condolences to all the family and may God be with you through these times

commentsMy deepest sympathy to Jimmie's family and friends. I met Jimmie at the Aquatic Center this winter and enjoyed visiting with him while we did our water exercises. He was a very kind person and I enjoyed our talks.
commentsDear Joan and Family, My deepest Sympathy go out to you all. I remember growning up with your son Greg, Jim would take us to the state fair. When Jim worked nights on the force he would get upset with us if we made to much noise. Now that I am grown up and had to work nights I completely understand. Greg was the hardest working of all his friends he would always be helping with the firewood and we would be right along side him helping him out. I always felt that Jim was looking after me when my father left, and he did a good job. Thank you for all the memories, Matt Anderson Family

commentsThe Peters Family,Our deepest sympathy for your loss.Jimmie was our favorite policeman in columbus. When we were dating we saw Jimmie was taking radar, so we circled back around in my 69 nova to say hello ,upon leaving we pulled away and caught his door with my wide tires and folded his door pretty good. I felt so bad about it but Jimmie said dont worry about it and let us leave. Jimmie had a great sense of humor & will be remembered by us for the way he was! Sincerely, Scott&Lori Kirstine
