In Memory of Wanda (Fuehrer) Mundil

Wanda (Fuehrer) Mundil, age 64, of Silver Creek, Nebraska died Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at her home following a short battle with cancer.  Funeral Services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 25, 2006 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Columbus with Reverend Douglas Zurek officiating.  Visitation is 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus and from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Friday at McKown Funeral Home in Silver Creek.  Visitation continues Saturday morning from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Columbus.  A Family Prayer Service will be held at 9:45 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Wanda (Fuehrer) Mundil was born January 30, 1942 in Central City, Nebraska to Arthur and Dorothy (Land) Dierks. She grew up in Fullerton, Nebraska and graduated from Fullerton High School in 1959. Wanda married Ernest Fuehrer in 1960 in Fullerton. He died in 1983. She later married Milo Mundil on October 10, 1992 in Clarkson, Nebraska. Wanda has resided in Silver Creek the past 46 years raising her family. She has worked for the Village of Silver Creek, Silver Creek Schools, and the Silver Creek Township Library. In 1995 she began working for Vishay in Columbus. Wanda was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Columbus.
