commentsWe extend our deepest sympathy to Cynthia and the entire family of Tom. All of us will always remember his instant laugh, smile and a big hello every time we met. The memories run afar and reach deep in my heart. From the YMCA swimming pool, the gold Cutlass Supreme, the Black Bridge, a few pastures somewhere south of town and stopping to chat anywhere between Albion and Columbus, the constant was Tom’s smile and the question “what are you doing”. The imprint he left on all of us was the positive and his caring. May Jesus give you strength and grant you peace. Our deepest condolences, Mike and Birgit Lemke and family
commentsMy heart goes out to you Lindsey. You know I love you like a sister. Just remember all of the great times we had with our dads. The memories will always bring happiness, so hold on to them forever. Your dad is at peace and will be watching over you, Clay and your beautiful babies. You always were his angel and now he is yours. I love you! And Cindy wow you are an amazing woman, an amazing wife with a heart of gold. I have never seen someone quite like you. Your love and care that you gave Tom was out of this world. I love you and my prayers go out to you.
commentsI am so sorry to hear of your loss. I used to work with Lindsey and I ran into Tom many times with my father. Just know that my prayers are with you all in this time of sadness. I lost my father in March and I know the emptiness you will all feel. Let me know if you need anything. Patience Pinney

commentsOur deepest sympathy to the Kluever family. Our thoughts and prayers have gone out to you during these past few month’s and now that Tom has passed on. Tom was always in a great mood, quick with a joke and as other folks have mentioned, always smiling. I have many memories of Tom through the years and will miss him very much. It won’t be the same coming back for class reunions and not having Tom to talk to--he was one of the constants you could count on when you came back to Columbus. I am sure he will be missed by many, as he developed friendships over many of the local county’s as the Big “A” man. Again, our deepest condolences and we will keep you all in our prayers. Jon and Beth Mierau
commentsOur deepest sympathies are with you. Tom was in our thoughts and prayers since we heard he had fallen ill. He will be very much missed.
commentsTom will be greatly missed. Right before he became ill we had a long talk about his hot wing recipe. He was so proud of it. He was a great person who never walked by without saying hello. He has left many of us with fond memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Ron and Jeri
commentsKluever Family Our deepest of sympathy to all of you. Virg and Deb Crumley
commentsWell, just like everyone else has said, Tom was a great guy! Him and my dad Randy (Wolfy) Schaefer were good friends. Many years ago, my dad, my brother Dustin, Tom, Lindsey, Tom Bierman, Katie, and TJ always went on vacation together. We always had a great time. Except for the last time we went, we were swimming in a lake and Lindsey stepped on something in the water and she kicked her foot to get it off and it floated up to my finger and got stuck and I thought it was a craw-dad so I yanked and pulled on it trying to get it off and come to find out it was a fish hook. I had to go to the hospital to get it taken out it was so deep. Anyways, I am very sorry for the passing of Tom. He will be greatly missed.
commentsPlease accept our sincere sympathy on the loss of your brother and brother-in-law. May he rest in peace.

My thoughts and prayer are with you, his family. And may God grant Tom everlasting Peace. Again my Deepest Sympathies, Ardis (Evans) Bruckner

commentsCindy and Kluever Families, Was very sad to hear of Tom's passing. But also happy for him,"NO MORE PAIN AND SUFFERING". The hardest part of all this is, the people he left behind he loved so much, and the people who loved him in return. Cherish the memories those can never be taken away. What a wonderful gift. Had many fun times with Tom during school and out of school, was always ready to have fun. And always with a smile. One that most will never forget, and usually a hug I know I got a few hugs here and there. And would always say HELLO if he saw you. He will be missed by many and for so many different reasons. For just him, a friend, old classmate, whatever the reason HE WILL BE MISSED. Just know that each of you are in my thoughts and prayers. If I can help with anything please call. Love to all, Mary Ellen (Kuta)Watchorn

commentsTom was always the entrepreneur and a businessman like his father. The business was what he loved. Often we would meet someplace along our respective routes. He was always working his way up to Albion or back to Columbus. He will be missed and I’m sure it will take several people to replace him because what he did was so natural and he made it look easy. We all live and we all die but Tom really lived his life to the fullest and we will miss him. Our Deepest Sympathy. TIM AND MARY YOKLEY

commentsCindy and Tom's family My deepest sympathy to you on the loss of a great man. We all share memories, mine from junior high and swimming at the "Y" to high school pranks. It always seemed whenever I was at the airport, Cindy, you and Tom were going off to some great place. Tom will be missed as your husband, a great brother in law, father, and friend.

commentsCindy, Lindsey, Al & families and to all of Tom's family...I know you will never get tired of hearing what a wonderful man Tom was. He was one of my favorite, so honest, kind hearted and when he talked to us or just greeted us, we knew it was sincere. A bitter-sweet departure, but comforting to know that he is in God's Care now. God's Blessings to you all and when times are a little sad just look up and see him smiling down on you!!! Feel the presence of his spirit with you always. All our love, Kim and Randy Schaefer
commentsOur heartfelt sympathy goes out to you Cynthia, Lindsay and all the family and friends of a great man. I and my son Nicholas (Frauendorfer) have such great memories of every weekend out to the lake with Tom, Lindsay, Cocoa and of course all the rest of the lake bunch. Lots of stories to tell and always plenty of fun in the sun. It seemed like the adults had as much fun as the children. Of course in the past years he'd stop in at Cornlea and see how things we're going and by chance hit beer-thirty. His smile and warm presence will be missed by his loved ones and friends. Would have loved to see you again Lindsay and give you a big hug, but have been out of town for the past 10 days. Our prayers will be with the family for days to come. God Bless You All.
