Henry Boruch

Henry S. Boruch, 84, of Duncan died Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at Mory's Haven in Columbus.  Funeral services are 10:30 am Saturday, April 8 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Duncan.  Visitation begins after 5 pm Friday at St. Stanislaus Church with a 7 pm Vigil Service, also at the church.  Visitation continues Saturday morning from 9:30 am until service time at the church in Duncan.  Interment is in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.

Henry S. Boruch was born July 5, 1921 in Polk County to George and Catherine (Matya) Boruch. He married Rose Shotkoski on November 15, 1948 in Krakow. Henry lived the majority of his life in the Duncan area. He farmed, worked at Swift & Co., and at Behlen Manufacturing. He was an avid baseball fan, enjoyed polka music, and spending time with his family. He was a member of St. Stranislaus Catholic Church in Duncan and the Holy Name Society.
