In Memory of Frances G. Gronenthal

Frances G. Gronenthal, age 84, of Columbus died Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at the Columbus Community Hospital. Funeral services are 10:30 A.M. Saturday, April 29, 2006 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Columbus. The Rev. Richard Bringewatt will officiate. Visitation is Friday 4-7 P.M. at the McKown Funeral Home.
Frances was born April 1, 1922 in Sidney, Nebraska to Fred and Josephine (Clother) Ripp. At the age of 3 Frances was adopted by her aunt and uncle, Frank and Ida Clother. Following her high school graduation, Frances attended nursing school and was a registered nurse at St. Mary's Hospital in Columbus until retiring in 1987. She married Raymond Gronenthal May 21, 1946 in Platte Center, Nebraska. Ray passed away in 1987.

Step Granddaughter: Julie Saalfeld-Lee of Wellington, CO
Great granddaughter: Kierra Gronenthal of Seattle, WA
