Gary, Terri, & Tiffany I don't know where to begin Dillon was a part of our family as he is yours we did & do love him. Dillon was a very big part in Codi's life, & we will miss him dearly, I will always remember the sleep overs them two had and Dillon always had to have a hug good nite or when they stayed up til 2:00 In the Morning & we made them get up in morning & yell at them for not going to bed when we told them to. Dillon Would always hug me and say do you still love us mom. Gary,Terasa and Tiff, Dillon was like a brother to me. I never thought that it would happen to my best friend. Dillon loved to see how much troble we could get into. He loved to ride his fourwheeler into platte center to my house he love to just come and hang out with me i loved it to he was a brother to me. Every time he would come over he would spill a pitcher of juice. When I was over and cleaning out the biulding we got done and him and me we though the eggs at the chickens and tryed juggleing them. That day were playing basketball in the shed and killed 4 pigins. Even though he is gone i will not forget him. Gary, Teresa, Tiff I can't say how sorry I'm to hear about Dillon. He has touch so many lives. I know he has touch my faimlies. Iast week he gave my 13year daughter the best advice. I know it is burned in her head forever now.I will miss Dillon coming in to the animal shelter just to sit for hours and talk.He has such a big heart and loves you guys so much Codi and Nate too. It hurts so bad to know that someone like Dillon had to leave us so young. He was always so nice to everyone, and made everything seem alright. If anyone was ever upset, he could say one word, that's all it would take to make life better. He could make everyone laugh at the stupidest things. Now that he is gone, it makes me appreciate him more. He is one of those people you can never imagine living without. When I walk down the halls at Lakeview, I can still see him, laughing at something one of his friends said. He could make friends with anyone, you know. Just know that he will always be remembered. Eggers- I have been friends with Dillon for a while now. I went to elemetary school with him for a long time. He was always the one to make everyone laugh, he had a simple way of making people smile. I'm a freshmen this year at Lakeview High School and the first few days I was having trouble finding all my classes and opening my locker. Dillon would take the time to stop and help me...he was a sweet kid. No one will ever forget him. He touched so many lives. He was such a good friend too, I was truly blessed to be able to know him for so long. I am happy to know that he is in a much better place now, Jesus is holding him in his arms now. Gary, Terri, & Tiff. There are no words of comfort to tell you. Know that Dillon is safe in heaven, and heaven will not ever be the same. He had a come back line for everything. He had a grin and a smile, with a twinkle in his eye. He is a true charmer. When he came to our house on Sunday, he had just washed his car and it was water spotted. I came out and thru a rag and him and together we wiped it down. I enjoyed his humor, and his laugh, I keep playing that laugh over and over in my mind. We played a joke on Tony that afternoon also, Dillon gave it away with his big grin. But we had Tony going(that Tony worked him too hard and he feel asleep on the couch in 2 minutes) just in ending, you have a fine and wonderful, giving family. Dillon learned it all from being around you. He had a big spirit and a big heart. Thank you for sharing Dillon with us. He has touched everyone he meet. As the Raschal Flatts song goes. I'm Movin On. Gary, Terri & Tiff- I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son and brother. He was the greatest friend to all. It always felt like he was my adopted brother because him and Codi were so close. Gary, Teresa, & Family: So very sorry to hear about Dillon. I enjoyed coaching him in baseball and visiting with him anytime I had the chance. He was a great kid - just ornery enough to keep you laughing but never in enough trouble to make you mad. He was just in the bank a couple weeks ago giving me pointers for Kyle on how to stay out of trouble in school. Then he told me not to worry, that he would watch out for Kyle for me. And I'm sure he did. He was just a special kid that always made everyone he met smile. Romans 12:12 says, "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." Remember Dillon's days with joy, endure the present pain, and remain faithful in prayer knowing God will always take care of you.

Egger Family -- It seems like I've known Dillon forever. I'll always remember him coming over and riding our dirt bikes and coming over every halloween to see our decorations. I can't even begin to imagine the pain you are feeling. I attended a funeral this last week and the priest reminded us that there is one thing that can't be taken from us and that is memories. Gary, Terri, and Tiffany- I hope you are doing well in this time of sorrow. Just remember, you will make it through this with everybody's prayers! You have a ton of people praying for you! I want to start by saying, I have had many good times with Dillon! I'm sure you guys remember when Dillon and I dated! He was my first boyfriend! I always loved hanging out with him! He was my first kiss! I miss him so much, I remember playing football in Amber Kocina's yard, with John Hoadley, Dillon, Amber, and I. We always had a blast! During the Passion Play, Dillon would always cheer me up! Especially when I messed up in the play! He made me laugh! I'm so glad that I got to talk to him on Friday, although it was just a little conversation, but it was something. I have realized, Dillon would do anything for anybody, because he cared about everybody! I hope you are doing well Tiff, I know you two were close. From what I've read, he was an amazing kid with a huge heart. Well, where do i begin, dillon and i were good friends since My mom started baby sitting Tiffani and Dillon. I guess the reason we were such good friends is because our families were so close. Dillon was a good kid no matter what anyone else says. he was one who could make anybody laugh. The thing that made me laugh the most is when he would just all of the sudden break out in song and that was all right except that he was not the best singer in the world. but we had a good time while he was around. unfortunately, today he is not and that is not the best grounds to gather in a church for but i guess god wanted to take him and he did. Gary, Teresa, & family. This is an extremely difficult time for all of you. My sympathy to all of you. I didn't even know Dillon personally, but from what I have read, Dillon sounds a lot like your grandpa Teresa! I knew your grandpa & grandma in Battle Creek when I had a small engine shop there. Bud would stop in almost every day. Back in February of this year, I attended Bud's funeral. The minister said that he "dripped the love of Jesus" all over everybody he knew. Sounds to me like Dillon was a lot like his Greatgrandpa. He seems to have known just what to say to so many people in their time if need. As hard as it is to do, let's rejoice today that Dillon & his Greatgrandpa "Bud" are able to praise Jesus together in heaven, forever! Remember, we too will join them someday! God Bless! Mr. & Mrs. Egger and family: My daughter just called me at school this morning to inform me of Dillon's death. I am so very, very sad for all of you. I will always remember his sweet little face and his sparkly, somewhat mischievious eyes! He was a delightful child in my Kindergarten classroom. The world will miss him. My father passed away this summer, and even at age 84 it was hard to part from him. I cannot imagine losing a child. Please know that I will lift you and your family up in my daily prayers.
