Damien Santiago Flores was born, Friday; May 27, 205 at the Columbus Community Hospital. Graveside services are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday; June 1, 2005 at the Roselawn Cemetery.

Damien was born to Adam and Amber (Neemeyer) Flores. He is survived by his parents, grandmother: Carolyn Johnson of Norfolk; great grandmother: Thelma Johnson of Columbus, grandfather: Frank Flores of Dumas, Texas; grandfather: Richard Neemeyer of Columbus.

He was preceded in death by: grandmother Elpedia Flores and great grandfather: Eril Johnson.
