Josephine Beck

Josephine "Josie" Beck, age 90, formerly of Clarks, Nebraska died Friday, December 16, 2005 at the St. Francis Hospital in West Point, Nebraska.  Funeral Services are 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus with Reverend Del Lape officiating.  Visitation is 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday with a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Service at McKown Funeral Home.  Visitation continues Tuesday morning from 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. also at the funeral home. Burial is in the St. Peter's Cemetery in Clarks, Nebraska

Josephine "Josie" Beck was born November 2, 1915 in Genoa, Nebraska to Metro and Mary (Dyrbala) Beck. She was raised in Clarks, Nebraska and attended country school there. Josephine lived at home until moving to Grand Island. She later moved to Columbus and then finally to West Point. She was a member of St. Anthony Church in Columbus.
