In Memory of Joseph P. Rinke

Joseph P. Rinke, age 65, of Bellwood, Nebraska died Monday November 17, 2003 at the Colonial Manor in Clarkson, Nebraska.  Funeral Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday November 20, 2003 at St. Joseph Catholic Church - Rural Bellwood, Nebraska with Reverend Jeremy Hazuka officiating.  Burial is in the St. Joseph Cemetery.  Visitation is 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday with a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Service at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus.  Visitation will continue Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Joseph P. Rinke was born February 20, 1938 in Platte County, Nebraska to Lawrence and Evelyn (Nicolas) Rinke. He graduated from Kramer High School in 1956. He married Glenna Bilstein and later married Marcella Prososki on August 27, 1995 in Las Vegas. Joe served in the US Army Reserve, worked various jobs, and retired from Behlen Mfg. in 1999. He was involved in farming, motorcycles, and horse racing. Following his retirement he enjoyed traveling, gardening, and landscaping.
