Donald L. Meyers

Donald L. Meyers, age 65 of Columbus died Friday; July 25, 2003 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the McKown Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m.

Donald L. Meyers was born July 13, 1938 in Butler County to Walker and Violet (Miller) Meyers. He grew up in the Bellwood area and graduated from Bellwood High School in 1956. He was married to Rita Faulkner on October 14, 1957. For the past 27 years Don has lived in Columbus. He previously worked at Midwest Glass, worked independently as a locksmith and most recently worked for Columbus Irrigation as a truck driver. Don was semi retired maintaining locksmithing on a part time basis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 brothers: Dale and Dean
