In Memory of Tyler J. Walker

Tyler Jade Walker, age 30, of Columbus died Saturday, December 27, 2003 as the result of an automobile accident by Stromsburg. Funeral Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday December 31, 2003 at the First United Methodist Church in Columbus with Reverend Bill Ritter officiating. Visitation is 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at McKown Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Methodist Church. Interment is in Columbus Cemetery with Military Honors by Hartman Post #84 American Legion Honor Guard.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Tyler Jade Walker was born November 15, 1973 in North Platte to Dennis and Lana (Urbauer) Walker.  He grew up in Columbus, graduated from Columbus Lakeview High School in 1992, and attended Southeast Community College in Lincoln.  In November of 1995 he married Paula Kloke.  Tyler served in the US Army before returning to Columbus in 1997.  Tyler worked in Insurance sales, for MCP, and was currently employed by ABENGOA Ethanol Plant in York County.  He enjoyed his boys, husker football, music, and remodeling.
