Jack L. Grobeck

Jack L. Grobeck, age 77 of Sun City West, Arizona formerly of Omaha died Saturday; April 12, 2003 in Columbus, Nebraska. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday; April 16, 2003 at St. Isidore Catholic Church located at 3921 20th Street in Columbus. The Rev. Joseph A. Miksch will officiate. Visitation will be Tuesday 6-8 pm with a 6:30 pm vigil services all at the McKown Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Wednesday morning 10:00 am until service time at the church.

Jack Grobeck was born August 13, 1925 in Omaha, Nebraska to Lawrence and Goldie (Hansen) Grobeck. He received his early education in Omaha and graduated from South High School in 1942. He served in the United States Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theatre. Following his military service Jack attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he received his Bachelors Degree in Business. He was married to Doris Donnelly in Elk Point, South Dakota on May 26, 1953.
