In Memory of Maurice A. Drum

Maurice A. Drum, age 79, of Columbus died Friday, October 25, 2002 at Columbus Manor.  A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

Maurice A. Drum was born March 30, 1923 in Columbus, Nebraska to Neal and Anna (Kuck) Drum. He grew up near Oconee in Platte County and attended District #11 School. He joined the Civilian Conservation Corp and helped build the McNary Dam in Oregon. He married Elois Marange. Maurice lived in Oregon, Montana, Arizona, & Nebraska where he was a self-employed painter. Maurice enjoyed music and belonged to the Old Fiddler's Band in Oregon.
