commentsJason & Amy-- I used to babysit you when you were little children(Jason was 3 and Amy was just an infant) and your mother was always such a caring, loving Mom! I was only 14 at the time, but she was a true mentor to me and a great friend! I also sang with her and your Dad in the choir at St. Anthony's for many years! I know now she is leading the choir up in heaven! I'm really sorry for your loss but please know that she was a great woman and truly made a huge difference in the lives of many! God Bless! An old babysitter and friend, Ginger Ann Bottger McStay

commentsMr. and Mrs. Schwartzer, I was so surprised and sad to hear of Joan's passing. I have not seen her in many years but have many great memories of her from high school. We were good friends then and had many talks about things in life. She was such a nice christian young lady. I remember playing pool with her, I think in your basement. She was so gracious not to beat me. I know she just didn't want to hurt my feelings. I feel so bad for you and her children. I know she must have a special place in heaven next to Our Lord. I will keep her and all of you in my prayers. The only comfort I can give you is that you should be happy and proud to have raised such a good woman. I will always remember her with affection. Sincerely, Tim Siemek
commentsDear Jason & Amy, We were so shocked and saddened to hear of Joani's death. We talked on the phone often and I will miss her deeply. I hope you know how much she loved you both. I have so many happy memories of when we lived in Columbus and you two were just babies. We did a lot of things together with your family. Just know that we all have a special "angel" watching out for us now. She'll have the biggest, brightest smile of all of God's angels. Marty, Paula, Angel & Christine
commentsI am so sad to hear of Joan's passing. It has been years since we've seen each other. We were good friends in High School and only crossed paths a few times since than. Each time we met is was as if no time had gone by. She brightened a room when she walked in. You have my greatest sympathy for your loss. |
